In system technology, the various air bearings produced by ess or conventional components are linked to create a sophisticated complete system. Via CAD, CAM, laser measurement and the exclusion of preferably all undesired influences, we realise systems which meet the highest demands of manufacturing and testing engineering.

The micro-machining machines belong to the most sophisticated ess systems. Machines and equipment which fulfil the highest requirements are produced here for the various machining and measuring tasks.

The serial production of ultra-precise test stands for test instrument monitoring once again underlines our competence when it comes to extreme accuracy requirements.
These devices and instruments pose a great challenge as regards the process and positioning accuracy for serial and high-volume production.
